HEART RATE MONITOR PRODUCTS

A Polar heart rate monitor, or HRM, is a receiver, worn like a wrist watch, which gathers signals sent wirelessly from a comfortable transmitter strap worn around the chest.

An HRM is the best way to monitor, track and prescribe a conditioning program. Each monitor is programmed to each individual athlete, allowing you to train the entire team on an individual basis.

You can the downloadable units to stay on top of your athletes when they are away on break. Upload a program from the software directly to the watch; they perform the activity, and email you the file. This provides accountability, and ensures proper training when you can not be there.

Running Speed, Pace and Distance – Allows you to track accurate running speed, pace and distance.

Up to 99 memory files automatically stores all training data. Infrared download enables you to transfer data to a PC for in depth analysis.
